Very good service and realize key is complicated but thought the postage was a bit of a rip off also didnt get any key caps.
Hi Colin,
Thank you for the review, and glad the service worked well for you.
On postage: we charge for a secure service rather than risk your door key, with your address on it, falling into the wrong hands. If a delivery fails to reach you, we replace both your keys and your lock. I’m sure you’d rather that than the alternative.
On the key caps: you selected the “No key caps” option at checkout, which is why none were included.
Thanks again for the feedback.
Great service from start to finish.
Highly recommended.
Super efficient service and excellent communication throughout. I placed my order one day and it was delivered the very next day-seamless. Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. Will definitely use again.
The 2 keys i bought dont actually work. So not delighted and looking forward to this being sorted out.
