1. How do I know which lock size I need?
Most doors use Euro cylinders in different lengths. To find your correct size, simply measure from the centre screw to each end of your current cylinder (inside and outside). If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your door lock and we’ll confirm the exact size for you.
2. Are your locks and handles compatible with all doors?
Yes — our Ultion® cylinders and LockLock® handles fit the majority of uPVC, composite and aluminium doors in the UK. If your door is unusual or older, send us a picture and we will check compatibility before you order.
3. Are Ultion® locks really more secure?
Absolutely. Ultion® locks are 3-Star, Sold Secure Diamond approved and designed to resist snapping, drilling, picking and bumping. They are one of the highest-rated home-security cylinders on the market.
4. Do I need a locksmith to fit the lock?
No. Most customers install their new lock or handle in 10–15 minutes using just a screwdriver. We also provide fitting instructions, and our team can guide you if needed.
5. How fast is delivery?
We dispatch orders quickly, usually same day or next working day. Delivery across the UK normally takes 1–3 working days depending on your location and courier service.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with full tracking information so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
7. What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
Don’t worry. If your cylinder or handle doesn’t fit, contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
8. Do the locks come with keys?
Yes — Ultion® cylinders include keys, and you can add extra keys when ordering. All keys come with secure key-registration instructions for added protection.
9. Can I order multiple locks keyed alike?
Yes. If you want several locks to open with the same key (e.g., front + back door), choose “Keyed Alike” when selecting your product or contact us for support.
10. Do you offer any warranty?
Ultion® and LockLock® products come with outstanding manufacturer warranties. Ultion® offers a £2,000 Security Guarantee when registered online.
11. Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we primarily deliver across the UK. For international delivery requests, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a solution.
